I am Munna Payeng. I ride and I click. I have been places, seen things, and can tell enough stories to last an entire night. But what excites me the most is the fact that I can capture a lifetime's worth of memories in a single frame. Take weddings, for example.

 

Here's why I love them so much.
A wedding comes to fruition when two people, genuinely in love, cannot stay without each other for a single moment. That instant when they come together, participate in lavish, richly laid-out ceremonies, amidst happy friends and family, is a precious one. For a fleeting second, we forget everything and feel pure bliss.  Since I am Assamese, I have soft corner for Assamese weddings. That's natural because I guess that like you, I am always comforted by my roots.

 

Also, we generally get married only once in our lives, right? That is what makes my job tougher and more enjoyable. With my camera, I have to compose a photograph, which even 20 years from now, would bring back memories of the day when a couple united in matrimony.

 

Well, not to brag, but I am quite handy when it comes to covering other events as well. I, for example, also cover pre-wedding ceremonies, baby showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings and everything else that clients can think up.
